Return Policy

RETURN

Our policy lasts 5 days after receipt of order.  

All claims must be submitted within 5 days after receiving the goods from Near and Dear.  

Unfortunately we cannot accept refund or exchange after the 5 days.  

To be eligible for a return, please email to andy@jcworkent.com to receive return authorization and instruction on return.  

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  

It must also be in the original packaging.  

All return packages must be received by Near and Dear within 30 days of your order's original shipment date.  

20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged returned merchandise.  

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.
